1. Who We Are

2. What This Application Does

The Affiliate Product Pinner is a private tool that:

• Connects to Pinterest Business accounts via Pinterest's official OAuth 2.0 API
• Reads product data from affiliate websites owned by Mattin Pro
• Schedules and publishes Pinterest pins on boards belonging to those Pinterest accounts
• Stores scheduling and posting history in a private database on our own servers

This application is not a public-facing product. It is used exclusively by Mattin Pro to manage our own Pinterest accounts and affiliate marketing activity.

3. Data We Collect

When connecting a Pinterest account through this application, we collect and store:

• Pinterest OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens (used to post on your behalf)
• Pinterest username and user ID
• Pinterest board names and board IDs
• Pin posting history (product title, URL, image URL, date posted)

We do not collect, store, or process any personal data belonging to Pinterest end users or visitors to Pinterest. We do not run advertising or analytics on this tool.

4. How We Use Pinterest Data

Data obtained via the Pinterest API is used solely to:

• Authenticate with Pinterest on behalf of our own accounts
• Read board information to map products to the correct boards
• Create pins on our own Pinterest boards

We do not share Pinterest account data with any third parties. We do not use Pinterest data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating this scheduling tool.

5. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on private servers owned and operated by Mattin Pro, located in the United Kingdom. Access to this application is protected by password authentication and security measures including brute force protection and HTTPS encryption.

OAuth tokens are stored securely in a private database and are never exposed publicly.

6. Data Retention

OAuth tokens are retained for as long as the Pinterest account connection is active. Disconnecting an account from within the application permanently deletes all associated tokens and board data from our database. Pin posting history is retained for operational record-keeping purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

This application interacts with the following third-party service:

• Pinterest API — used to authenticate accounts, read board data, and create pins. Pinterest's own privacy policy applies to data held on their platform: policy.pinterest.com

8. Your Rights

As this is a private internal tool operated solely by Mattin Pro, it does not process personal data of third parties. If you have any questions about data held in connection with your Pinterest account integration, please contact aaron@mattin.pro.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the application following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
